Leaving Puddles on the ground

I wish it was that simple. I put a new drain plug on it. Most of the oil and coolant is coming out from behind the plastic timing cover thing. The squeak actually stopped about 2 days ago....but now its leaving like softball size puddles underneath it overnight. Somethings not right somewhere.
