Hi Guys, My Radiator fan stays on when I shut my car off, I think it is related to the heater system, because, it shuts off if I turn off my heater. My car died once already, because I didn't figure out that something was wrong till I went out and tried to start my car. I don't think it's a huge problem, because I can just shut it off when I turn off the car, but it is a hassle, anyone ever hear of this and/or can this be a larger problem than I am making it? Thanks

The fan circuit stays on when there is an open circuit between the switch (front of engine) and fan relay. Check METER fuse. Also fan comes on with a/c. Make sure a/c is not on. Maybe that is why heater blower turns it off. -

check that ignition power is getting switched off by the ignition
switch. The relay is turned on when you turn the car off, the key
then turns power off to the fan..Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

Be ready to plug it back in if you get stuck in traffic. You can also run your heater blower wide open, weather permitting.Originally posted by gotrootdude View PostComment
