    Was gonna trying try his today but it's turned off cold and windy today

    89 Festiva. carby. needs repairs!!
    First time owner
    89 L carb'd - white / still needs work
    Bought for mpg and only paid $250

          I need to do this bad, but theres no hose usage at 10 degrees
          91GL BP/F3A with boost
          13.79 @ 100, 2.2 60' on 8 psi and 155R12's

            I figured out an easy way to flush the system in the summertime, just loosen the lower radiator hose enough for it to leak a little, and drive it like that for about a month, making sure to top off the water every time you start the car! When my water pump seal failed the heat comming out got hotter and hotter, now its hot enouh to scorch your hand on the steering wheel!

                This method isn't as thorough as a flush but I just drain and refill over a week or two (summer) until it comes out clean. In the winter you would have to wrap it up in one day. At least you don't have to disconnect or remove anything. Make sure the heater is on at least once to flush it.

                  What do you guys in Virginia and Texas need heaters for?

                      I've got a heater in the summer and a/c in the winter. I just think the problem is global warning. And my car is confused
