After ordering and attempting to install the XTD stage 3 clutch, I find that none of the holes line up. I oval/slot the dowel pin holes, mark redrill and tap the new pressure plate holes. Install into vehicle, and now it doesn't disengage... Any ideas?

A G-series clutch on an F-series flywheel? Maybe thats why?91GL BP/F3A with boost
13.79 @ 100, 2.2 60' on 8 psi and 155R12's -
It's not a G either, I have a spare G flywheel and disk, was smaller. Same size disk as the F, just a tiny bit bigger overall pressure plate.Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!

The disk is right, the pressure plate just doesn't line up for anything. I'm guessing the raises surface that the stock clutch rides on needs machined flat.Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!

Everything on mine bolted in perfectly . I even have an f series flywheel and my old Rio clutch and they bolt together just fine ,my guess is that clutch you got is wrong model . Since u have gone this far with it I would have the lip shaved off and pray that its balanced as a pack ... Good luck .New build on the way .Comment

I got it perfecly centered, it did rub something inside bell housing, but it stopped making noise very quickly, so it couldn't have much in the way.Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!

Well I took the clutch and pressure plate off the vehicle and reassembled them. Placed them on the press with a spare t/o bearing and lightly applied pressure to simulate pressing the clutch pedal. After less than a 1/8 inch of movement the disk was moveable. Now I really have no clue how to make it work.Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!
