have a 91 fest all the lights work except the running lights, bulbs are good, is this a relay or a switch that would cause this?

I believe there is only a relay under the dash and a module on the firewall that control the daytime running lights

Looks like it is time for wire chasing. Get yourself a good volt meter and test light and start checking wires. I had to reconnect a broken wire to get my parking lights working. Do your dash and cluster lights light up or don't they work either.93 Festiva L White B6T

It might be a broken wire behind the fuse box. Or down by the drivers side kick panel. I had to soder whires together in these spots. Fixed my problem. Just have to look at the wires closely.93 Festiva L White B6T

Canadian model? 92 manual says: Check rear wiper fuse, running light relay. There's also a running light module to check but only if the DRLs won't turn off. The relay is the front one of three behind the dr side headlight according to my pic.
