I added tags to your original 08 thread, I liked the read, very informative. I think we should all start using tags on important threads, it help when you use the search lol..

The pulley looks like the one on my 5th gen 626.. I have no idea if they're even close tho..

I bought just the pulley off of eBay. You will have to buy the entire pump for $30 + shipping and then have the pulley machined to fit. But it will work.

Short belt might still be possible because the ps pump should have a tensioning bolt on it. I'll take that a/c stuff off your hands, not to mention I'd like to see the mysterious power steering set up with my own two eyes!

Power steering is a really rare option on the festiva! I think it uses the same secondary crank pulley the a/c compressor does.

started a topic Power steering pulley

    Power steering pulley

Ok i got a festy with power steering on it everything is there the rack the powersteering pump with the pulley on it im missing the pulley on the engine for the actual power steering wondering if anyone has one ? And or possibly the bolts that hold it on ? Where does it attach the crank im assuming right? Car never had it since i just got it i have no clue every festy i had had now power steering seems kinda pointless to hook up but if cheap enough ill hook it up
Working...
