Front end noise... Need a second opinion

    My car was clicking when going around curves, my cousins s10 was popping really loud like in mcds parking lot, in slow motion turns, both instances were cured with new axels. The hub being hot is probably an unrelated problem, like a bad bearing, seized calipers, or brakes dragging. Check for the pad retainer clips next time you take the tire off, and make sure both tires spin freely.

      You shouldn't have to lossen any sway bar bushing to replace an axle. I did it by removing the bolts from the strut and the pinch bolt off the end of the lower control arm (next to the ball joint). You have to push down on the control arm. Well, yes, I also had to remove the nut from the end of the axle.
