efi flooding?

    On the EFI cars the only mechanical issues to cause flooding are damaged
    fuel pressure regulator/regulator getting wrong vacuum signal, or a clog
    in the return line to the tank (the pump runs 90psi + at stall), or one or
    more leaking injectors.
    Did I miss anything?
    If these items are in spec., someone is lying to the ECU.
    Check temp sensor resistance at the ECU plug?
    No car too fast !
