Head crack how common ??

    Head is at shop showed a very slight warp , having it machined should be done tomorrow :banghead:

      Actually, that's a good thing....depending on how warped it was. Too much warpage and the cam journals will become an issue. If it was very mild, having the head surfaced will give the optimum surface finish and waaaay better chance of getting it to seal up without future issues. I would surface an aluminum head any time it's removed due to gasket issues.

        I only saw 4 thousandths gap at most it will be flat lol and hopefully go together as easy as it pulled apart i hat the head off in 30 mins lol i cut the timing belt off who has a pic of where the timing belt marks are for the timing belt instulation ? Anyone
