Grinding noise

hey guys,
straight to the point this is wat happens-
I have a 1.3L manual festiva, now when the gear knob is in nuetral and u let the clutch out there is like a constant grinding sound, but when the clutch is bac in (in nutral) the sound goes a away???

Iam lost plz help

sounds like the input shaft bearing is done

you could have it rebuilt or just go and get a used one(cheaper)

What and where do i find that?? Like any discription on how to replace it and where to find the part that needs replacing?

sorry, i meant the input shaft inside your transmission and the bearing for it is broken

Sounds like my problem...

The only plus is if you got a 4 speed- now you can upgrade to a 5 speed!
