NGK V-Power is what I've always run in both my B3 and B6T. No sense paying for the fancy stuff when the cheaper parts work better. I recommend NGK plug wires as well, though they are a bit of an investment. Check RockAuto and Ebay for cheapest prices on both.
You all know what NGK stands for don't you? No Good Kind, just a saying that's all.
