    When the TC goes, there are two ways. One, you progress to no movement. Two, it progresses toward not disengaging. The second starts with the symptoms you describe.

    If there is no rattle in park and neutral positions, and it still drives. Rattling only when in a gear and stopped. Then it is most likely your torque converter. Locking up.

    Could also be the transmission valve body. If it is, most likely the TC will be spoiled by the metal deposits in the oil.

    Drain the transmission and check for metal in the pan and filter.

      Didnt fixing your missfire get rid of the vibration the first time? Because a bad misfire will cause it to shake like that, and will feel bad when stopped.

        I dont see the tc going out of balance all of the sudden and i remember how bad your shake was and when we fixed the missfire it was smooth as butter... you need to bring it over again so we can see why its misfiring again

          The missfire was fixed and stopped the lighter engine clunking. But this isn't really the engine per say. Also this morning after putting it in drive, it was hesitant to go forward.

              Stand on the brakes, put in gear and give it some gas while looking to see if the engine jumps around. If it does, could be the motor mounts are shot.
