Anything in the 80-100k range would suit you best festiva or aspire.
For the lowest price +longevity "if its has been taken care of.

Just stay away from the dealers they are ridiculous with their asking prices.
There is a dealer here with an auto aspire with 130k on it and they want $3000
I just about fell apart laughing looking at it.
