Put a aftermarke afr gauge in to keep an eye on your afr and that way you can utilize your o2 sensor.

ok, still have the run the 12volt wire to the carb, but im having a problem with the idle on it. it will idle real low and then as soon as you hit the gas, start climbing until its "red lining". the accelerator cable runs through the carriage that the stock carb used instead of what came with the carb because what came with it wouldn't fit.

Just fabricate a bracket or get another one from an Acura from the junk yard and make sure you have a straight pull on the throttle. No binding.
