    Here is a video of problem it doesn't have this problem idling and only comes on intermittently while driving. The only things electronicly that remains from aspire engine is TPS and IAC valve sensor (both are spliced into ecu harness) the EGR sensor has been disabled and im currently making an adapter to put on old TPS and IAC sensors back on and completely removing EGR and putting alum plate over were it was mounted.

    Also I'm not sure were this vacuum line used to go to on the ford aspire and if it is even needed any more, I have removed 2 vacuum lines related to EGR so far.

    I have no idea what this line is if its a vacuum line or coolant line or something else? it runs off side of ford festiva transmission and atm the unknown vacuum line it attached to it.

      the tps hasn't been moved from original factory position the only thing ive done to it was splice new connector to harness I may of spliced wrong a body of mine said it could be vacuum leak but doesn't that usually stall out engine and would a 100% constant?

      Black to blue
      Yellow to White
      Yellow/black to yellow/green
