Where is the starter located 89 Festiva EFI Auto trans

Posted this answer a cpuple of days ago. If it still doesn't pump, then go under the dash, beside where the antenna comes in, and check the fuel pump relay.

I did a continuity test on the VAF. According to the schematic the left two leads on the VAF send power to the fuel pump relay. With the VAF door closed i get no signal. With the VAF door open i do get a signal.

Good. That leaves the fuel pump relay to check or replace.
