Tie rod, wheel bearing, control arm? I was thinking control arm but not for sure. What think you? Could be wheel bearing too, is making some noise.

How to tell whats bad if the tire wiggles both at 3/9 and 12/6...

if it is at both of those positions, it would lead me to think wheel bearing. the best way to do it is to have someone else slide under the car while you wiggle it. ( or vice versa ) and look at the tie-rod end and then the hub while wiggling. that will def help narrow it down.
