Sorry i havent responded! im in college. but it is the rocker arm shaft, the rocker arms themselvs are good, the lifters are good, and the springs are good. But the shaft is bent from the previous owner taking it apart and not paying attention to how it was put back together. Now, when i try to start it the starter tries, the fuel pumps good, and the engine tries but it wont turn over. After i looked i saw one lifter wasnt making contact with the valve spring. So, its not opening/ closing the valve. This is what i have concluded.
