cant break crank sprocket loose. crankshaft oil seal needs replaced bad.

bought my clarke impact wrench,for 17.99 from machine mart,supposed to use on wheelnuts,but works great on cranshaft bolts etc,just connect leads to battery,or use cig adapter,battery best,have just done it on pride,first cambelt change in 15 years,still had original on..you can leave the wheel on when you do it,conti belt only 6.98,

I've had good results using both starter and flywheel. Sounds like it may have been overtightened with an impact. I believe you should be using a 6 point socket. Did the tools fly off or did the starter stall out? Figure out a way to keep the tools in place and the starter will be your impact.
