Low power sometimes got power.

Replaced o2 sensor. Not the vaf. Throttle position sensor is good. At first it was slow after the efi swap then it got a little better. It felt like it wanted to screech the tires every time I started moving at an intersection. I loved it. While I was driving it around 65 mph it started loosing speed. I Pressed the accelerator to gain speed it did but it was a bit slow. Its intermittent sometimes but for the past few days it has stayed the same. Car runs fine starts every time. I did notice though when it is running faster the idle is a little higher. Is there a sensor somewhere that I haven't checked?

Also I am only getting around 20mpg so it must be running rich for some reason
