I Just swap the intake, exhaust manifolds, and distributor. May have to swap the cam to use the fuel pump. Cover plate should be there. Just take it off.

If it is a Festy engine you won't have to swap the cam. They all have fuel pump lobes. Aspire engines don't.

Paul, I think the motor in question is an Aspire, due to another thread asking a similiar question. That should mean a cam swap also.

Ahh, didn't know that, but the quote I used did say if it's Festiva engine. Any hole, yeah, the aspire engines didn't have a cam lobe for the fuel pump, and if I recall correctly, the rocker arms don't work properly either? Not sure about that though.

I don't think the rollers on the Aspire cam will last when put on a standard Festiva cam. I'm sure I read on here they need changed also.

Yeah, that is what I recall Jay saying he tried once. Using Aspire cam with rollers is OK on the EFI Festiva. No personal experience with it though.

This is correct except that carbed engine have manually adjusted valves and the EFI had hydraulic lash adjusters.
