The latch is installed with three phillips head screws. Unlock the window, you'll see two screws into the C-pillar to remove. Then, a single screw goes into a threaded plug that sandwiches the window. Reinstallation in reverse.

Before buying another latch,perhaps loosening screws and making an adjustment is in order.If the latch mech is not broken it is probably an adjustment issue.

You gentlemen, are correct. It is only an adjustment issue. I replaced my rear quarter seals with new ones from Four Green. It required an even pull from both sides with the glass centered on the gasket. You have to begin by loosening all three clips just enough so that you can center the glass on the rubber. The rear clamps should be able to snap down with reasonable (but not excessive force).
Make sure you are not missing any of the plastic washers for the clips, before you begin. They are very important.
When I close the clip for the window as long as I put pressure on the window the clip stays closed but as soon as I let the window go the clip opens
