no spark at coil

i have no spark at my coil . any ideas on what could be the problem? what could casue no spark from the coil? i know it could prob be a million things but what are the most common?.

I had that happen to me before, and what happened to me is that the cam siezed up from a bad oil pump, so when the cam siezed, the cam pulley kept on spinning and broke the key pin at the end of the cam. Take your cap off of your distributor and turn the motor over, if the rotor doesnt spin thats probably your problem......thats how I found out :?

I had that sort of problem with my 93. Turns out that I was getting spark from the coil but it was jumping the (cheap-ass) wires that I had gotten. Upgraded to better wires and that solved the problem. Easiest way that I found to test for jumping was to wait until dark and try to turn over the engine. If it is jumping..you will see it.

93 festiva with 91 b6t. i tested and i have current at the coil but no spark at the plugs any ideas?

figured out the prob.. ihad 2 ground wires i didnt see.
