    She Runs...
A word to the wise... just because a fuel injector look better than another doesn't make it work better.
If you have used injectors that have been sitting on the shelf for a few years, have them cleaned and tested before using them again.

Today I put Rosie's original ugly injectors and rail on her and she started. She runs but is skipping on cylinders 3 and 4.
I let the engine run for a while and she sure did smoke a lot, the cat got very hot and smoked and the check engine light came on.
The smoke gradually died down after a while. I decided that I better get the skipping problem solved before running her any more.
Probably not good to run the new engine much when she is definitely not getting the rings seated on two cylinders.
I checked the plugs and wires and that's not the problem.
Mother's day has priority today so I'll solve that problem tomorrow... could be that I messed up two injectors by spraying carb cleaner in them.

I started Rosie up again after her sitting about 4 hours and now she if running smoothly on all 4 cylinders.
The fuel rail sitting charged for 4 hours must have fixed whatever what preventing them from working before.

That's why I prefer carbs. A shot of quick start down the throat and bingo.
