  • Stumbling then dying

    My 90 festiva will warm up and then when I sit in idle in neutral it will start stumbling and then dye anyone else have this problem before and how did you fix it

    Lots of things can cause that, have you tried anything to fix it or done recent maintenance? Just easier if some things can be ruled out

      Are your lights dimming when you turn on the headlights? = Possible alternator and can drop RPM enough to kill it
      Does it run rough when at normal idle? = Spark plugs, wires, with age need replaced. Give it a tune up

        Poor signal to the VAF can do it too. Ryanprins13 is right, we need a few more details.
        Trees aren't kind to me...
