First off - I have both a 1.3 (M5?) and a Capri 1.6 transaxle (G???).
I did some looking around for rebuild kit sources, and I found these sets:
Festiva 1.3L T-axle Kit $94.77
http://www.americanpowertrainwarehou...stiva-bk200ws/
Ford Capri XR2 1.6 Turbo T-axle kit $114.77
(CAP5T)
( Bearing set - no synchro rings )
http://www.americanpowertrainwarehou...a-88-09-bk210/
FULL!!! ( PT#: BK210AWS ) $152.77
http://www.americanpowertrainwarehou...8-09-bk210aws/
* 15mm thick input shaft bearing
~or~

*16mm thick input shaft bearing
There may be other sources out there - in fact in the Memphis area is an outfit called TRANSTAR Transmission Products, but they didn't seem to have the kit for them.
On the Capri XR2 T-Axle there's a question what size input shaft bearing it has. I think there was mention of a 60 or 68 mm shaft diameter, and the parts site talks about a fifteen mm thick input bearing for one kit - and a sixteen mm thick bearing in the other.
The Capri T-axle also has a specific kit for either a turbo or a NON-turbo engine.
The above kits theoretically have "All seals" but I saw nothing about gaskets. Gaskets being a seal by a stretch of logic, you would think the kits had them too.
Anyone who has rebuilt a transaxle for one or the other, please jump in. This water is getting deep AND sort of expensive...
I don't wanna send for the wrong stuff when the "Gate Fee" is over a hunnerd bucks!
NOTE: The non-turbo Capri XR2 kit is a CAP5 vice a CAP5T part number
CAP5 T-Axle kit, with Synchro's $138.77
Apparently the XR2 T-axle was also used on Escape, Escort, Tribute, and Protege
