Does anyone know the necessary speedometer gear correction when changing to 13 (175-70-13) or 14 (175-65-14)inch wheels and tires. Or has anyone had any experience with those 165-70-12 Nanking tires. I am a little suspicious of untried tires, but they look okay. Thanks.

165/55-14 is exactly the same overall diameter as stock 165/70-12.
Achilles ATR-K in 165/55-14 are less than 200 shipped for all 4. They perform great and are perfectly suited for a Festiva, especially on 14x6 wheels. Will Samet

Hey, Thanks people. I hadn't considered the possibility of such a size. I have some Accent alloy wheels and think they are probably 14's. 165-55-14 sounds like the right way to go and I found at least 2 brands in that size. Iff I ever get around to it. THANKS. In the interim - How about those Nanking tires, anyone tried them? Now that our Yokohama's are extinct.Last edited by hot4dl8ly; 05-02-2018, 08:21 PM.186,000 miles per second is not just a good idea, it's the law
