No spark AND no fuel? How did you determine no spark?

Does the fuel pump make any sound? If not sounds like no electrical power to ignition system or fuel system. I'd start with the battery and fuses. If the battery went dead perhaps the alternator stopped generating electricity. Simple to test for dead battery by turning on lights or something.

It turns over fine ,I pulled a spark plug out and looked for spark while a helper tried starting car .I pulled fuel line from fuel filter while trying to start car and no fuel came out .

Engine fuse, black/white stripe wire, for the engine control system and the charging system.
Remove the steering column cover and check if the wires aren't fried. Check your main relay.
Check your alternator to see if your regulator is fried.

Sounds like a short circuit somewhere. Has any of the wiring been replaced or tampered with? That also might be a good place to start checking.
