I think you may have some wires messed up yet. In one of your previous posts, you said there was a wire from the alternator to ground. There is no wire that goes from the alternator to a ground. Put a digital volt meter on the battery and check the voltage. You should have at least 12 volts reading on the meter. If the battery is good, make sure both cables have a clean, tight connection to the battery posts. Follow the positive (+) battery cable down to the solenoid on the starter. Take all the wires off the solenoid where the positive battery connects and install only the positive battery cable on the solenoid post (stud). Trace the ground wire from the battery to where it grounds on the engine. Take that wire loose and clean the connection and retighten the bolt that holds it. Block the wheels and/or apply the emergency brake and make sure the car is in neutral. Pull the small wire off of the solenoid that is between the 2 big studs . It should just push on and pull off. Stand beside the car, (not in front of it) and take a screwdriver and touch the stud on the solenoid that has the positive battery cable connected to it and the little tab that the small wire was connected to with a screwdriver (both at the same time). If your engine spins over normally, then you have some of your other wires messed up. If the battery is good and the starter still barely turns over, then it is likely your starter is bad.
    You gonna race that thing?

It could be the starter pulling too many amps that toasted the wire , and that would explain why it turns over hard or slow .

Well I went to two different autozones. I got a new starter because the old one was frozen like some of you mentioned. I got a new battery too. I went ahead and installed everything. I went to start it up and its cranking but its not firing. Im thinking WTF!?!?! So I go look at the engine bay and i forgot to plug the coil wire in . get back in and just flick my wrist and it fires right up. Now I hope my wire job doesnt literally go up into flames. lol. Thanks guys for the help. Now I just need to replace the passenger side headlight, change the oil, and replace my taillight bulbs, Then I can get it inspected.

here are some pictures of my rides as they sit till I get my lisense back.
