My first guess would be the ignition module in the distrubutor.

Jumped a groove on the timing belt maybe?
too little or too much fuel with little or too much o2 possibly?

if it is a standard and during these stalls, did u ever at one point have the car lurch violently forward in a series of jerks before it stalled? or is it an automatic?

got it running, put back my original coil, and it fired right up, replacement coil must have produced to weak of a spark. lets see how long it runs now and if it continues to cut out from time to time which caused this whole mess

put another coil in, same problem, car runs perfectly for a few min. then cuts out. will only restart after you leave it for a while. sounds like a ignition module, but have already replaced it with a brand-new one. put back old module, does the same thing. I'm going crazy

Your computer might not looked fried, but it still may not be operating properly. Electronics, most of the time, you can not tell what is wrong by just looking at them.
I don't know how to go about testing an ECU, but if you cannot think of anything else to cause the problem, there is one for sale in the for sale/wanted forum. i think it was 15$?

You say you got good spark and fuel, maybe you got hold of some bad gas,or maybe water in the tank.

no fuel problem, took out pump in my endeavor to get this thing to keep on running, tank is clean, no water. it just runs perfectly for about 5 min then turns off. wiggled just about every wire and connection on the car. I wish the head was gone or something else, that i could deal with, this is nuts. if i don't get it running soon, i may have to get rid of the car or my wife, its come to that
