    Check them out they are alittle pricey but cool look and you don't have to swap bolt pattern, if you want you can get a set of steel rims they are quite a bit cheaper, maybe 29 a piece new.

    get a set of blizzak's and your good to go

      Great lead, Wes. I found the tires: Blizzak WS-50 175/70 R13 Winter Tires on Honda stock steel wheels on ebay for $200.

      Currently I am asking the seller what the bolt pattern is. If it is 4 x 4.5 I suppose that would be good.

      Does anyone know if the offset for a Honda Civic 88 is the same as the 1991-92 Festiva?

        different bollt patter. Yeah i was those wheels on ebay, you would have to do the aspire brake swap in order for those to work. Yes the back spacing would allow them to fit on a festiva with aspire brakes
