PB blaster and a big sledgehammer has worked for me in the past.

I tried all the methods above, none worked.

The method that worked in 45 seconds per tire?: A puller.

Absolutely. I now put it everywhere as well.

When you put your wheels back on, coat the entire mating surface of the rim with antisieze. Since I've done this, all I have to do is tap the wheel after the lugs are off, and the wheel comes right off. Same for the lug bolts, goop them up.

I had a lot of Mercedes BMW's and VW's have the same problem when I worked in a wheel shop. If it's up, and your jack stands are solid, kick the crap out of them (I mean the wheels, not the stands.) It's a pretty common issue on hub centric cars.

That will never happen with these , I had mine jacked up and was swinging a 12 lb. sledge ,,HARD , and I still had trouble getting them to come off .
