What is the thread/pitch on our wheel bolts?

i need to know the thread pitch ect on our wheel bolts so i can replace them with some conversion studs! im sick of having to hold my aftermarket wheels in place while i try to put my lug bolts in!

thanks! i think once i figure out what the info on them is ill order up the parts and do a write-up on how to convert over to wheel studs and where to get the parts cheap!

i think i might be able to get a VW conversion set cheap but need to know if they share the same thread pitch ect!
