I think we recently had a similar post where the idle changed when the hood was up/down.......The VAF means business....no faking that guy out!

Hello again. I never did look into this (didn't have the time, patience, take whatever excuse you like).

The car has sat the last couple months as brakes and entire exhaust were completely gone.

I spent the last couple days replacing rotors/pads/tailpipe/muffler/cat converter and am driving it again.

Stall problem is still there so I am printing this thread and will look into it. I will keep all posted.
