After halfway taking apart the old carbs on the V30 Magna I decided they were too far gone to rebuild without pouring in waaay more time and money than I have to spare right now. So I hopped on ebay to see what I could find in the way of a decent set to rebuild for her. I found a set that looked really clean (the bike had been laid down but still ran) and the float bowls had been drained and the carbs run dry before storage. So I put in a max bid of $100 and got them for $81. They arrived and I started the rebuild by removing the float bowls... they looked so clean inside and out that I put them back on and stuck the carbs on the bike. Three attempts to crank later this is what I got from her
Now its time to finish up the rest of the little things and put all the trim back on and RIDE!!!
