I installed my new, black rear bumper today. Things went pretty well, except for my discovery of TONS of rot in the rebar. The whole passenger side is caved in. I also included a picture of the other side for comparison. I guess I need to hit the wreckers for a new one. Enjoy!

Rust like that is common on a lot of the rear bumper beams. You just dont see it under the skin. I looked a long time to find a good solid one.sigpic

BTW your car looks good. I was going to ask if you painted the side molding. Then I remembered you were swapping the painted bumpers for the black ones and the painted molding is because its a GL. It looks good with the lower black two tone. Did you get those wheels from Ian ? Or do you both have the same ones ?sigpic
