Someone was telling me the other day that the Bald Eagle wasnt on the endangerd list anymore. Has anyone else heard this? I think that they are still protected as they should be.

Even if they are off the endangered list they might be on the threatened list. Anywho it still probally is a crime to kill one just like killing a natural albino.

Endangered, Threatened, it doesn't matter. All "Birds of Prey" are protected whether they are rare or not.
About a half hour from me is an area on the Potomac River known as the Trough. There are several bald eagles, including nesting pairs in this area. Have seen them more than once, but somehow always manage to forget my camera. :roll: :roll:
