How much metal has to be cut to fit a BP in? Or direct boltin without change of engine mounts, or moving of other bits and pieces?

I think it will bolt on and work.

depends on how you do it, no matter what you'll need to make at least 1 mount, since i upgraded the tranny and made all 3 mounts i manged to located everything so i didn't have to cut the firewall, if you mount the BP onto the stock tranny the BP will sit further back and you'll need to cut the firewall

93 FordFestiva93 - the BP should still bolt to the auto stock tranny

          1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
          1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Or bash it with a BFH like I did.

The auto and manual trans cars use different side motor mounts. If you do the swap with an auto you might have to redo the mount when you switch to a 5 speed.

I would not recommend putting a BP05 on a B3 tranny. If you drive like it do the tranny will be dead or you'll be needing a new clutch in two months. Do it right in the first place.

Here's my ugly, edit BP01... technically still a BP lol...
