thanks fresh....the seats are out of an old parts car we had and hold up to the weather very nice. they have been outside for a good 5 years and look close to the same just a little dirtier and faded but no rips. suprising the abuse they can handle

Ill tell him. I dont think he did any internal engine work. He did say the clutch was frozen . He sprayed some Gibbs penetrating oil on it for several weeks and it finally broke loose. He had to get a new fuel tank for it and did some carb work and added some tune up parts . He said surprizingly you can get parts for it with no problem. The thing is like a tractor !! A real stump puller. I remember it running a long time ago it was a cool machine. It will climb nearly anything.

Fresh, I'm surprised you're not going to keep the Grey Mare around just so you can have a spare shell too just in case, Festiva gods forbid, one of your fleet has a mishap.

I thought about keeping it for a trailer project but since I know little about body work I guess Ill pass. Might be an opportunity to learn though. The old gray mare gave everything it had back. That's something I guess. It had 265,000 miles on it and would run when I picked it up. I bought in for the rear torsion beam and sold nearly every part off of it . Several people on this forum have parts from it. Nothing went to waste !!
