    Cheapest Drum Brakes

    While I'm on the subject of brakes, what would be the cheapest place to get new drums? Or if anyone has some in good shape shoot me a pm with pics of them.

    Today's Work

    Today I took apart the rear brakes, and I will be replacing the drums, and shoes when I get some new ones.

    you need to adress the driver side caliper. it appears that it's not activating properly (lots of rust, and a small ring of clean rotor) address the sliders first (easiest) and then check the function of the caliper piston.

    Yes it's basically a parts car, it's my friends dad's car (the guy I bought Old Red from) I think the panels are in bad shape, but I'll check when I go there to get parts for you. I might even have a picture of the door panels.

    You're doing an awesome job on getting Old Red back to life! Congrats on the work!!! I'm definitely envious! I wish I had that gray hatch with the wiper... that matches my car perfectly! Wanna swap for on w/out a wiper?! LOL
