The first ATL Festiva Meet was held today at Stone Mountain Park...turnout was only slightly lighter than expected, but a fine time was had by all. Unfortunately, Big Wheel's Festy "Hot Rod" was unable to make the trip, but he brought some nice photos.

We ended up having an improptu "Cleanest engine bay contest"....there were three entries. If it weren't for my new valve cover paint job and a new alternator, I'd have finished fourth!

All photography in this post is the work of my lovely wife Michelle...funny story: When we pulled in, Boatdrinks was already there...I opened the door, shook his hand and introduced him to the Baron, then to Michelle! Thank God 21 years of being married to a lunkhead gave her a sense of humor!

And we could not have picked a nicer weekend for it! If my bike was running I would've said "forget the festie, I'm riding the maggie to the rock" lol. Oh and here's one more shot of the cars from my camera phone
