Hes not new - Look at his sign up date - Hes just not a active poster . . . Look at it from his point of view - he really has a great car - hes invested alot of time into it - sure some of the things that he put on it are disagreeable to the majority - I'm sure he read lots of posts and got ideas from many of the cars on this forum - and when he finally finishes his project and wants to show it off he gets flamed because his car is to his taste and not yours.
Its a common issue on the board people that go aginst the grain with mods get flamed and only a handful of members want to see more - because of this I'm sure theres alot of awesome mods out there that we will never get to see because they dont want to face the boards bad comments.

Actually he didn't really get flamed in his original thread. Mostly it's because he came on here blowing smoke telling tall tales he can't back up. Also he was kind of insulting when he started this thread.

I'd really like "The Count" to come forward with more pics. Like I said earlier, everything he's done with his car isn't exactly to my taste, but he does have a nice festiva, and you can tell he's put a lot of work into it. I could care less what engine he has under the hood, but I'd at least like to see it!

Hello Festiva Owners. Its Randolph here. In my home country I'm known as Count Randolph. I'm having so much fun with this. It always amazes me how some of you blokes can be so pompus. You saw only two photographs of my car and instantly assume i simply stuck on a few badge emblems. I can assure you there is much more to it than that.
Those of you who found Grace and Favor in my project allow me offer my thanks in the highest regards, for it is said "All Truly Great Minds Think Alike". And for those who chose to dismiss my toy as a Joke and a Hoax, I have $100,000 dollars on a table that says it's got a nice gleaming BMW 325i complete with all it's state of the art German Technology under the bonnet. Are there either of you doubters who will step forward, match funds and counter my offer. Or let's make things easy and allow you as a group of doubters a chance to pool togather your Lunch Money and come to the table. Which will it be: Shall i Count you in, or Count you OUT!!

The 1st post is completely different grammatically (call it sloppy internet english) from the 2nd post (proper).

I think the owner has nothing to be afraid of by showing off what he / she has / hasn't got. We are all very accepting folk here- regardless of the above mentioned?

I don't think the owner needs to bet 100k, just to prove a point?
