    I need to get an aftermarket bov, the stock one just doesn't make enough noise :lol: and trust me, in a festiva, this set-up is a blast to drive, but make sure you get some good suspension, in my car second gear barely has traction, so with stock suspension it'd probably spin like crazy in second

      ya the one i have one i have on it is the stock one, but its very loud... i think the air box delete is what made it so loud.... but ya its not loud enough lol... and i have the aspire swap on mine with the aspire springs so its kind of stiff but nice... and the tires are 195's so the grip good one day we will have to race

        ok hill billy bov is done... and i cant belive it works perfect... its just the right size, it dosnt let out a bunch of air and screw up the maf and it lets out enough air to stop compressor surge... and it sounds crazy good you cant hear it that much in the vid but its loud in person...

        home bade blow off valve... made with a fire extinguisher, vacuum actuator from a carb, a pice of pipe, some tape and zap straps... its hill billy eh?

              Great job with the blow-off valve, I can't believe that actually worked!!

              I may want your B6 too... I'd like that SX to have a bit more power.. Y'know.. to get over those hills!

                  ok made it even better... i made it so that there is two bov's in one... i have the stock one and the new one on a "T"... i figgured out that its letting a TINY bit to much air out and the maf is reading it... the idle is a tiny bit wonky but it sounds like its got some race cams then lol... and i think it will mess with the mileage so i made it like a turbosmart "dual port" where you can make the bov vta or a plum back... so when i get to the track i can plug in the plum back one and be in ultra sleeper mode, and then when i want to have some turbo fun switch it to the vta and be loud and proud... now i just need to figgure out a way to have it switch-able from inside the car....

                      up-date... i fixed that boost problem turns out that the guy bought a HKS F-CON for it and its not working properly... so i yanked that out and bingo, 15psi all day and i also took it to the track today for a stock 323 with just an air filter, cat back exhaust and a re chipped computer it did damn good my best time was 15.989 @ 89.05 mph... not bad for a 4 door... also i found out it has a very crappy boost controller, one run it would max at 1 bar even and the next 1.2 then it would go to .9 ... it was anoying... anyways i also found out the turbo is gone bad, i saw oil in the intake piping... but thats ok cause im getting a BIG one (part of my evil plan...)
