I agree. Wouldn't want the BMW thing there, but I think it needs something in the middle. Just my opinion, tho. Over all, I think I could get used to the dual head light look. Just seems to be missing something in the center.

I think I'm gonna work with a better source pic for the bmw parts and see if I can get it real clean. This would also open up some HID options...

Certainly not the best shoop I've ever done, but I'm sure it'd look 100% better in real life and I think I might do it

Keep in mind, it's missing the plastic surround around the lights themselves, so it would be a lot cleaner if I wasn't so lazy.

I did a couple more real quick just to see. I forgot to fix the molding and center caps on the first one, but I think you get the picture.

Just imagine this one with blank center caps and no side moulding.

I like the dual headlights. Not so much the BMW centerpiece.

Someone Photo Shop it finished and without the BMW center.

I second that. Use the headlights and the black part of the grille all the way across, leaving out the silver boxy piece and it would look cool!

Seems to me, that'd be pretty close to the grill from a Golf.

That could be a possibility, but you'd have to also get a 86-91 318/325iS front lip to go on there as well.
