New member and new festiva...so it starts

    so this is where i am right now:
    went and got a b6 from a auto 87 323 and the ecu to go with it.

    but:


    did i get the wrong ecu? 2 of the 3 plugs fit into it.
    any suggestions?

      Twin engine festiva? LOL you may have gotten the wrong one, but it will run with the b3 computer just not as good as with the proper one.

        what year should this one be? from what ive been reading, the 89 has vaccum and 90+ have electronic... so the 90+ wouldnt really work right?

          misread that thread.
          seems like not many people do auto swaps with the older b6's.. man.... i shoulda gotten a manual. looks like ill have to stick with the b3 ecu until something works out

                    One of those lines is should be for your brake booster make sure you cap the rest if they dont go anywhere on the engine... Swapped the motor in my ranger three times because of a vacuum leak under the 5.0 intake.. Learned that lesson

                      thanks fastivaca for the pics!

                      does anybody have a pic of a festiva 90+ auto ecu plugs?
                      the 323 ecu work with festiva harness plugs? correct me if im wrong.
