While my kids were coloring, I sketched this. I will probably never vertical the window on mine, but I am in the process of doing this paint job.

Square mirrors
I have the bottom color on the car, I did that 50 to a 100 dollar roller paint job, I am going to try to get the top color this weekend. I think I am going to do square mirrors and mount them to the hoo instead of the side. I might need some welding help, I saw on a motorcycle show where the took small square bar, heated it and twisted, that might look good for the mirrors strut.93 Festiva GL

You can make a neat look by twisting the square stock and then reheating to a lighter cherry and lightly hammering the corners of the twists on an anvil - if done right this will give the stock the appearence of being round. complete your twist in a straight fashion and let it cool then reheat to make it fit the curve you want to hold your mirror.93 Festiva GL

We have been in Ohio the last couple of months, I haven't had the heart to change the location on here yet. I don't remember that mountain, but the mountain we lived on had four names depending on who you asked. Man, I miss iit just talking about it. We use to live in Memphis too, and there is a ton of places that do that oldschool iron work.93 Festiva GL
