Just have to get it plated and insured now. Days of daily driving a festiva will be over, and I'll just have one project car. When it's done I'll just drive it for fun on weekends and stuff.

Even if I did get rid of both my festivas for now, I would still keep my spoiler, wheels, grill, FMS strut brace, all that good stuff. Because if I sold them, I'd come back later for sure! I'm pretty sure that I will be selling my 89' and keeping my 93' shell to do a full rebuild/engine swap on like I had mentioned earlierOriginally posted by xaero_81 View Post

As I recall, these Hyundais have interference engines, so keep an eye on that timing belt....they have a great warranty. Hoping yours never needs it!Leave a comment:

"New" car for college! Not a festiva!
Today I got a new car to drive for college It's a 01 Hyundai Elantra, found it on craigslist the other day. Today my dad and I looked at it then bought it. I like it alot Not sure what I'm doing with the festivas now, I'm sure I'll keep one around
