It eliminates any leaks before the throttle body and the vaf. Im running a blow off to atmosphere cause I like the sound. But the factory spot I was blowing off metered air causing a drop in idle because of rich condition. The car runs drive ability wise alot better. It doesn't search for idle at all I can remove the pipe after the turbo and run it n/a If I needed to. I used to get surging on the highway around 80 mph which I have heard from other b6t guys is commen. That is all gone. I have heard that b6t don't like this setup, but I have been driving my car for awhile and it's smoother and runs better this way.
