you just use the whole headlight buckets and all, mine is mounted with machine screws and spacers into the rad support, had to drill a couple small holes but nothing major. Then just splice the wiring... And ya I believe its like 91 VW....They are H4 bulbs in there right now so I think I will be getting a HID kit for it for next year...
