These studies are all over the place. I think I'll just eat whatever, drink whatever, and so on. There was also a study that showed protein "turning on" cancer in mice, and further looking at heart disease and cancer in some country that Hitler took all the protein sources from, and showed less of both during that time. Forks over Knives was the name IIRC.
